Plant Physiology - BIO 340
Plant Physiology is an upper division biology course intended for biology and natural science majors. The purpose of this course is to investigate and learn about various vascular plant processes and functions, responses to changes in the environment and the growth and development that results from these responses. The fact that we are dependent on vascular plants for our own existence makes it imperative that we gain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the science of plant physiology. Moreover, our insatiable curiosity about the world in which we live provides ample justification for studying this subject.
